Privacy Policy

Ktuys (referred to here as we, us, or our) operates this learning platform covering school, competitive, and professional courses. This explains what information we collect, why, and who we share it with. Creating an account means you have read and agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Account details — email, name, class, and stream, when you sign up or update your profile.
• Practice activity — questions you attempt, your answers, correctness, XP, streaks, and mastery progress, so the adaptive practice engine can pick what to show you next.
• Payment information — premium subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
• AI feature inputs — when you use an AI-generated solution or the AI answer-generator, the relevant question or answer text is sent to our AI providers (Google Gemini and/or OpenAI) to generate a response.
• Support messages — anything you send us through Contact Support, including the page you were on when you sent it, so we have context to help.
• Usage analytics — general product-usage events (e.g. which pages and features you use) via PostHog, to help us understand what is working and fix what is not.

Stored only on your device

Some things never leave your browser: your practice-session preferences, your active course/subject selection, and anything you draw or write on the Whiteboard. We do not collect or see this data — clearing your browser storage clears it for good.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the product work, each strictly for that purpose: Supabase (account authentication and database storage), Razorpay (payment processing), Google Gemini and OpenAI (AI solutions and answer generation), PostHog (product analytics), and Resend (delivering Contact Support email notifications).

Your rights

You can review and update your profile from Settings at any time. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, reach us at [email protected] — or, if you are signed in, through Contact Support in the app.

If you are under 18

Much of our student base is under 18. If you are a parent or guardian with questions about a minor’s account or data, contact us using the details above — we will respond directly.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will update the date shown above. Your continued use of Ktuys after a change means you accept the updated policy.
